Deep Meadow Farm LLC the Shenandoah Valley's full service horse hotel and home of registered Rocky Mountain, Mountain Pleasure and Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horses. We also offer boarding, breeding, Horse sales, and Lessons.

Our Facility is located on the South River just below the beautiful Skyline Drive with easy access from I-64 or I-81.

Our 110-acre facility offers 14 turnout pastures with run-in sheds, a covered training ring with lites, a stone dust grass center riding ring and a 60' round pen. Our 22 stall state of the art stable has 12 x 12 stalls, 2 wash bays with Hot & Cold water, laundry, 2 Kitchens and large tack area.

We also offer a Guest Cottage, call ahead for avaibility for cottage.
All with the convenience of Waynesboro's motels, restaurants, & shopping just 2 miles away, and the historical town of Staunton only 10 miles.
